Business customer scope
Elarvio is intended for organizations and people acting for a business or professional activity. Consumer use is not currently offered unless expressly agreed in writing and supported by separately approved consumer terms.
TRUST Business terms
These pre-launch terms outline the intended business-to-business framework. They are not final contractual terms and require the operator identity, governing law, liability allocation, service levels and data-processing documents to be approved before customers are charged.
Elarvio is intended for organizations and people acting for a business or professional activity. Consumer use is not currently offered unless expressly agreed in writing and supported by separately approved consumer terms.
Creating an account starts configuration but does not override the plan, price, scope or activation conditions shown at Checkout or in an accepted order. A binding subscription should begin only after confirmed Checkout or a signed enterprise order.
The platform can provide company-profile configuration, approved knowledge, messaging workflows, appointment logic, shared inbox operations, human handover, integrations, billing and reporting according to the selected plan and production readiness of each provider.
Customers are responsible for accurate configuration, lawful instructions, authorized user access, their customer notices and consents, connected provider accounts, message-template approval, account security and prompt review of escalated or exceptional conversations.
Automated output can be incomplete or unsuitable. Customers must define approved sources and boundaries, monitor operation and retain human review for sensitive, regulated, safety-related or legally significant decisions. Elarvio does not replace professional judgment.
Availability depends on correctly configured services, staff, hours, buffers and connected calendars. Customers must verify production integrations before relying on automated bookings. Provider outages, stale calendars or incorrect configuration can affect results.
WhatsApp, Meta, AI providers, calendars, Stripe, email, hosting and monitoring remain governed by their own terms, limits and availability. Provider approval, fees, suspension or API changes may affect features.
Recurring prices, cadence, included allowances and applicable taxes are shown before Checkout. Stripe processes payment. Approved provider usage, overages, migration, custom integration or security-review work may be charged separately when disclosed and agreed.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are intended to renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal or another approved method. The final notice periods, effective cancellation date, refund rules and treatment of prepaid periods require commercial and legal approval.
Customers must not use Elarvio for unlawful messaging, spam, deception, credential collection, malware, rights infringement, prohibited profiling, evasion of provider rules, unsafe automated advice or attempts to interfere with the service or another tenant.
Each party must protect confidential information and comply with its data-protection duties. Where Elarvio processes personal data for a customer, the final data-processing agreement, security schedule, subprocessor list and international-transfer terms must apply.
Customers retain rights in their content and grant the permissions needed to operate the service. Elarvio retains rights in the platform, interfaces, models, documentation and branding. Feedback may be used to improve the service without exposing confidential information.
Support channel, response targets, maintenance windows, uptime commitments and service credits depend on the selected plan or order. Features may change for security, provider compatibility or product improvement, subject to contractual notice obligations.
Access may be restricted for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, provider suspension or overdue payment, with notice where reasonable and lawful. Export, deletion, retention and transition rules must be defined in the final agreement.
No unsupported guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is made. Final warranty disclaimers, liability caps, exclusions and mandatory-law carve-outs must be negotiated and approved for the operator’s jurisdiction and customer segment.
The governing law, courts, escalation process and any arbitration or mediation terms have not been selected because the final operator details are missing. They must be inserted before these terms are used contractually.
Contract and terms questions can be sent to support@elarvio.com. Pre-launch version dated 24 July 2026. A materially revised version should identify its effective date and the notice process for existing customers.
Before commercial publication, the operator identity, mandatory disclosures and actual production-provider stack must be reviewed by qualified counsel.
